Shipping Rules
All orders will be shipped after all credit card information has been verified. If we have problems contacting you because of verification problems, your order will be delayed in shipping. Once your credit card information has been verified your order will ship immediately. Verification can take up to 24-48 hours.

Different shipping and billing addresses may be verified by phone. All UPS Next day air and UPS Second day air shipments may be verified by phone. Any substitutions will be verified by phone. Please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached in person. Otherwise we will leave you a message to call us back. Calling for verification is at our discretion.

UPS delivers and picks up Monday through Friday. The weekend does not count in transit time. Ground packages can take up to 10 business days. All other air services are guaranteed to arrive as stated after credit card info has been verified

Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges or refunds gladly made within 30 days of invoice.

Please enclose all original or copy of packaging materials in order to facilitate any exchange or refund and include the sales receipt. Failure to do so will delay credit.

All transportation and insurance changes for returns must be prepaid by the customer. C.O.D's will not be accepted unless cleared by us first.

We do not refund shipping charges on any merchandise regardless of reason for return unless the item has a manufacturer defect that we overlooked.

No credit will be given on worn, washed mistreated, or altered merchandise.

All returns must have an explanation as to why the merchandise is being returned.
