Exchanges
or refunds gladly made within 30 days of invoice.
Please
enclose all original or copy of packaging materials in order
to facilitate any exchange or refund and include the sales receipt.
Failure to do so will delay credit.
All
transportation and insurance changes for returns must be prepaid
by the customer. C.O.D's will not be accepted unless cleared
by us first.
We
do not refund shipping charges on any merchandise regardless
of reason for return unless the item has a manufacturer defect
that we overlooked.
No
credit will be given on worn, washed mistreated, or altered merchandise.
All
returns must have an explanation as to why the merchandise is
being returned. |
